Key duties include: Build and assemble test fixtures, test boxes, and wire harnesses accurately in accordance with defined test project requirements. Demonstrate basic working knowledge of hand assembly techniques, including the use of hand-crimping tools. Use soldering irons effectively for component and wire assembly tasks. Read and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Assist with the installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of test equipment and related components, along with other assigned tasks. Support small testing-related projects, including test equipment improvements, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, under the guidance of the engineering team. Education and Experience: AAS or BS in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related degree. Previous experience working in an Electronics Test Lab or related environment. Experience reading basic electrical schematics and performing measurements using DMM, oscilloscope, power supply.
