What You’ll Do Answer/screen phone calls; route inquiries appropriately Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors Support accounts payable processes Enter daily job reports and material tickets into company systems Maintain Excel spreadsheets and office records Sort/distribute mail; order and track office supplies Handle scanning, faxing, filing, copying, and general clerical support as needed What We’re Looking For Strong phone, written communication, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask accurately Reliable, punctual, professional, and positive attitude Self-starter who can work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Requirements High school diploma (or equivalent) 3+ years administrative assistant experience Construction office experience preferred (not required) Notary Public preferred Valid in-state driver’s license (or ability to obtain) preferred Able to sit for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs Must be able to comply with Sapphire Recruitment's pre-employment requirements Submit a resume to jobs@hiresapphire.com for immediate consideration.
