Responsibilities
Assist instructors with daily classroom operations and hands-on training activities.

Qualifications
Previous experience supporting or managing an in-person classroom required.

Ability to recognize developing issues and respond proactively.
Comfortable receiving direction from different supervisors based on program needs.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, workforce development, mentoring, apprenticeship programs, or technical instruction is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications and experience with databases or participant tracking systems are also helpful.
The schedule will change throughout the year based on class schedules. Daytime hours are currently more common, while evening classes are expected to increase beginning in September. Some weeks may include four evening shifts from approximately 3:00–8:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do
