- Join an experienced 8 person PM team.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Manage a wide range of projects valued between 50K and 500K.
- Develop and manage project schedules using tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Drive problem-solving and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with phase-gate project management. GD&T and plastics experience a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
