- Vertically integrated manufacturer (design/prototype/test and manufacturing all in house).

- Lead and Inspire: Manage a skilled team of engineers and technicians, driving initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Development to support production and launch new, industry-leading products.
- Track and Innovate: Analyze key quality metrics (KPIs), resolve non-conformances, and lead process improvements to achieve superior results.
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years in Quality Engineering or Management.
- Will also consider an Associates degree and 10+ years in Quality Engineering or Management.
- Knowledgeable with ISO 9001 standards, and a talent for problem-solving and communication.
- Passion for improving processes, building teams, and delivering quality that exceeds expectations.
