- Lead control system design and software development for custom automation projects
- Oversee and support the full lifecycle of controls projects including PLC, HMI, vision, and robotics programming
- Act as a technical resource and mentor for Controls Engineers and Technicians
- Guide system architecture design and task assignments for project teams
- Troubleshoot systems during build and startup, including field service support as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality processes
- BS degree and 5+ years of Automation and Controls Engineering Experience.
- Expertise in PLC & HMI (Allen Bradley), Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence) Robotics Programming (Epson, Fanuc)
- Strong working knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards
- Ability to lead teams and deliver technically complex solutions independently
