Assembly Technician 

Location: Middleton, WI
Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts with start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM | Overtime opportunities available

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an Assembly Technician for a precision manufacturing company in Middleton, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to develop specialized technical skills.

Work with a small team in a quiet manufacturing environment, assembling and testing precision components used in advanced manufacturing and medical technology. On-the-job training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and test small electro-mechanical components using hand tools and specialized equipment.

• Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and quality procedures.

• Identify product defects, troubleshoot basic issues, and communicate concerns.

• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

• Work with team members to meet quality and production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to work with small, delicate components requiring precision and steady hands.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.

• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a small-team environment.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
