Filling Technician – Manufacturing

Location: New Berlin, NY
Pay: $16.72/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM; Friday overtime as needed

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking dependable Filling Technicians for a manufacturing opportunity in New Berlin, NY. This hands-on position involves operating filling equipment, preparing materials, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare supplies and materials for daily production.

• Operate filling equipment and assist with capping, labeling, and handling finished products.

• Remove and dispose of old paint as needed.

• Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area.

• Complete production paperwork and enter information into manufacturing software.

• Assist team members with daily production needs and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Ability to work required overtime on Fridays as needed.
