Manufacturing Assembler

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–3:45 PM
Pay: $22–$23/hour DOE
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler for a local manufacturing company. This is a hands-on production role involving material preparation, coating, drying, cutting, inspection, and basic equipment operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and mix materials according to established specifications.

• Dip and coat fiberglass rods and prepare them for drying.

• Form and cut materials to required specifications.

• Inspect finished pieces for quality and rework items when needed.

• Troubleshoot production or curing issues.

• Use measuring tools and basic shop equipment.

• Assist in other production areas as needed.

• Work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Manufacturing, assembly, or other hands-on production experience preferred.

• Basic math and measuring skills.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Comfortable working in a machine shop environment.

• Ability to stand or walk for most of the shift and lift up to 75 lbs.
