Sapphire Recruitment is hiring Manufacturing & Packaging Technicians for a well-established manufacturer in Norwich, NY.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. — $18.00/hour

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. — $19.50/hour

• 3rd Shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. — $20.00/hour

Candidates must be available to work at least two of the three shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing and packaging equipment.

• Load ingredients and materials into production equipment.

• Remove finished products from machines.

• Inspect, weigh, and test ingredients and finished products.

• Move materials, products, supplies, and ingredients throughout the production area.

• Clean equipment and production areas for routine housekeeping and product changeovers.

• Complete required data entry accurately.

• Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Manufacturing, packaging, or other industrial experience preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around production equipment.

• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.

• Ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures.

• Flexibility to work different shifts or extended hours when required.

• Trade school certification or a college degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
