Customer Service Representative
Syracuse, NY | Part-Time Evenings | $18.00/hour

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring 10+ Customer Service Representatives for an established heating and fueling company in Syracuse, NY.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity with potential for growth and advancement. The position is fully onsite and is a great fit for customer service professionals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working as part of a team.

Schedule

• Part-time evening hours: 5:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

• One weekend evening per week is required.

• Open availability is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer service requests and inquiries.

• Research and resolve customer questions and concerns.

• Assist with billing and payment-related matters.

• Prepare and distribute reports accurately and on time.

• Participate in inside sales activities.

• Provide professional, helpful service by phone and through other customer communication channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good computer and data entry skills.

• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and accurately.

• Dependable and comfortable working evening and weekend hours.
