Assembler 
$17/hour | 1st Shift  5:00AM-1:30PM

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring Assembler candidates for a temporary manufacturing opportunity. This assignment is expected to continue through a planned facility closure in March.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions.

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and manuals.

• Use hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.

• Inspect parts and completed work for defects, damage, and quality issues.

• Follow established safety, quality, productivity, and delivery standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to learn will also be considered.

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable using basic hand tools.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to adapt to production needs.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive working relationships.

This is a temporary position expected to run through March due to a planned facility closure.
