Manufacturing Line Lead - 1st Shift

Schedule: Typical schedule is 4 days per week, 6:00am - 4:30pm. Days may vary (Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday, or Monday-Friday with mandatory overtime).

Pay: $22-28/hr DOE

Role Summary:
Lead and oversee manufacturing line operations to ensure the production of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising team members, managing workflow, and ensuring production goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to motivate team members and maintain positive relationships across departments.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment for efficient production.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records, including equipment logs and production reports.
• Train, guide, and support team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to procedures.
• Assist with administrative duties, including performance evaluations and policy enforcement.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety regulations is preferred.
