Material Handler
Location: Pulaski, NY
Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Material Handler for a manufacturing company in Pulaski, NY.

This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, inventorying, and distributing materials throughout the facility while supporting both production and shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
• Process receiving paperwork and distribute materials to appropriate areas
• Perform incoming inspections as required
• Package parts and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records
• Stock materials and deliver parts to production and other departments
• Help prevent material shortages by maintaining organized and accurate inventory
• Follow established safety, quality, and material-handling procedures
• Work closely with team members to support efficient production flow

Qualifications

• Previous material handling, warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and documentation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills

Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour, depending on experience.
