Production Supervisor (70-87K)

We have an excellent opportunity available for a 1^st shift Production Supervisor in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Company Overview:

Duties:

• As a hands-on Production Supervisor, you will oversee 20+ production associates and 3 team leads to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives are met.
• Track and Monitor Key Performance Indicators and Scoreboards. 
• Increase the performance of production areas through training, troubleshooting, and ensuring 5S initiatives.
• Lead production meetings and discuss priorities.
• Complete reports for upper management.

Education & Skills:

• BS or AAS degree and multiple years of experience as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment. Will consider numerous years of work experience in lieu of formal education.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well-organized and focused on completing tasks. 
• Basic machine operation and machine capability knowledge.
