Assembly & Warehouse Associate 

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring an Assembly & Warehouse Associate for a manufacturing company in Baldwinsville. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and interested in a long-term role with growth potential.

• 1st shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm | $18–$22/hr
• 2nd shift: Mon–Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am | $19–$24/hr (4-day work week)

Responsibilities:

• Pick and put parts for manifold assembly using computer-operated carousel storage systems
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products according to visual work instructions
• Prepare inventory carts for production work orders
• Use ERP software to support workflow and inventory accuracy
• Package finished products for shipment
• Help maintain a clean, organized work area
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality efforts, including Kaizen methods

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of related operating, warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable using basic computer systems or learning new software
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with a team
• Must be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including drug screening
