Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Welder for a full-time opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Oneida, NY.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Grind, clean, and finish welded components as needed
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other fabrication or production duties as needed
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience required
- Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Experience using common hand, power, and measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
$24–$28+ per hour, depending on experience
