What You’ll Do

Perform mechanical and electrical component testing
Conduct verification and qualification testing, including insulation resistance, dielectric strength, partial discharge, and end-of-life/degradation testing
Develop, update, and maintain test procedures
Analyze test data and identify performance or failure trends
Prepare clear technical reports, engineering memos, and test documentation
Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving efforts
Maintain complete and accurate records of testing activities and results

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
2+ years of Test, Validation, or similar engineering experience
Strong understanding of electrical principles involving high-voltage and high-current systems
Experience with EIA-364, DO-160, EN2591, or similar testing standards preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
