Fiber Termination Associate – 2nd and 3rd Shift openings

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm or Sun-Thurs 3rd shift 11pm-7am               
Pay: $17.60 ($16/hour + 10% shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate fiber jumper termination equipment

• Inspect products for quality, size, and appearance

• Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks

• Maintain clean tools, equipment, and workspaces

• Accurately complete production documentation

• Identify and report equipment or material issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Willingness to work overnight hours and follow safety protocols
