Manufacturing Production Manager (100-120K)

We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Manufacturing Production Manager to join a growing manufacturer near the Binghamton, NY area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Shift Supervisors, team leads, and production personnel across multiple shifts.
• Manage production schedules, staffing, capacity, and resources to achieve customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs including output, efficiency, downtime, scrap, quality, and schedule attainment.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve production and equipment issues.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost, and equipment utilization.
• Support new equipment installations, automation, and production ramp up activities.
• Maintain a strong floor presence while promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive production leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years managing supervisors, leads, or multi-shift manufacturing teams.
• Experience with machining, stamping, forming, automated assembly, or high volume manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, labor planning, KPIs, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and ISO 9001.
