Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM

Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturer in East Syracuse to hire a reliable Screw Machine Support Associate. This is a hands-on role supporting machine operations and maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Screw Machine Department with daily operations
• Perform routine machine maintenance and support tasks
• Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior machine shop experience preferred
• Ability to read and use measuring devices accurately
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a noisy, oily environment with temperature changes and continuous movement
