Product Registration Representative
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 

We are seeking a Product Registration Representative to support a distributor network and customers with warranty and product registration needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support distributors with warranty coverage updates and product registration inquiries

• Enter and verify product model/serial numbers in company systems

• Assist customers with product registration, including those without internet access

• Provide warranty information and registration confirmations

• Correct registration details when needed and ensure accurate records

• Guide customers on navigating the online registration portal

• Direct customers to appropriate teams for non-registration issues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Salesforce experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
