Assembly Technician

Location: Liverpool, NY
Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour days, with multiple day-shift options

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician for a growing manufacturing company in Liverpool, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to join a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using rivet guns, drills, PEM setters, and other hand and power tools
• Install fasteners and hardware accurately
• Read and follow basic blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Identify and resolve minor assembly issues
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Work closely with team members to meet quality and production goals

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of hands-on assembly experience
• Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team
