Finish Coordinator | $24/hr

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a Finish Coordinator for a Sunday-Wednesday overnight schedule, 8:30 PM-6:00 AM. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, inventory, material handling, or production coordination experience who enjoys keeping work moving and helping a team stay organized.

In this role, you will coordinate materials through the finishing department to support assembly production schedules.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Wednesday: 8:30 PM-6:00 AM
• $24 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of purchased and manufactured materials through the finishing department
• Help ensure parts are painted, packaged, and ready for assembly
• Prioritize daily work for Finish Laborers
• Track material flow from welding and off-site locations
• Support shortage, rework, and inventory needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle count corrections
• Promote safe work practices throughout the department
• Support visual inventory controls such as signage, containers, carts, and material handling equipment
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, or a similar environment
• Forklift experience needed, certification will be required
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Ability to stand or walk throughout the shift
• Ability to occasionally lift 25-50 lbs. and perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, or kneeling as needed
