Production Associate / 62492
Pay: $20/hour + $1/hour shift differential for 3^rd shift

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing company.  These are full-time, temporary positions with the potential to be hired on. These hands-on roles are ideal for individuals who take pride in quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Available Shifts:

• 3^rd Shift:  Sunday-Wednesday 9:00pm – 7:30am, occasional Thursdays

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to production specifications.
• Assist with product weighing, bagging, palletizing, and loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work ethic required.
• Forklift experience a plus.
