Temporary Call Center Representative

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Flexible daytime hours between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 2 weeks, with potential for additional hours through late June

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Call Center Representative for an immediate short-term opportunity in Baldwinsville, NY. This role is ideal for someone with strong phone skills who is comfortable making outbound calls, speaking confidently with business professionals, and following a clear call script.

This project involves calling New York State businesses that have received an email survey invitation, confirming receipt, updating contact information if needed, and encouraging completion of the survey. 

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to business contacts throughout New York State
• Confirm whether survey invitations were received
• Update email addresses and contact information as needed
• Professionally encourage survey participation
• Leave clear voicemail messages when needed
• Follow call guidelines and maintain accurate records
 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Confident, professional phone presence
• Ability to get through gatekeepers and reach the appropriate contact
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable following a script
• Previous call center, customer service, survey, or phone-based work experience preferred
• Ability to start quickly

Details

This is an immediate need with approximately 50 hours of work expected over about 2 weeks. Candidates interested in continuing may have the opportunity to work additional hours on related survey projects through late June.
