Custodian – 3rd Shift Temporary Assignment

Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Assignment Length: Approximately 2 months
Training: Training will take place on 1st shift for the first two of weeks

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Custodian for a temporary 3rd shift assignment. This position will support a clean, safe, and well-maintained manufacturing environment while an employee is on leave.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong custodial experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production or regulated facility setting.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout assigned areas
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Handle trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and related facility upkeep
• Monitor supplies and report any maintenance or cleaning concerns
• Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards

What We’re Looking For

• Prior custodial experience required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety requirements
• Comfortable working 3rd shift after initial 1st shift training
• Ability to work a temporary assignment lasting approximately 2 months
