Vial Wash Operator – 3rd Shift

Pay: $21.00+ per hour, plus 15 percent shift differential for all 3rd shift hours

Schedule: Typical 3rd shift schedule is four 10-hour days, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Candidates must be flexible to work various days of the week and a 5-day schedule when required. Workdays may include Sunday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, or Sunday–Friday during mandatory overtime.

Training: Training will take place on 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a dependable Vial Wash Operator for a 3rd shift opportunity in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a highly regulated production setting.

The Vial Wash Operator will support production by preparing and processing vials according to established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Operate vial washing equipment and related production machinery
• Follow written procedures, batch records, and work instructions accurately
• Inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Document production activity clearly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Follow gowning, safety, and cleanroom requirements as needed
• Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, or quality questions to the appropriate team members
• Support overtime and schedule changes based on production needs

What We’re Looking For

• Prior manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures closely
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with documentation requirements
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work 3rd shift
• Ability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to nights
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety
