Maintenance Mechanic / 62447
$25–$30/hour DOE

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a 1st shift opportunity in a production/manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Schedule:
Typical schedule is four 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Candidates must be flexible to work various days and occasional 5-day schedules as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and HVAC-related issues
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams
• Support shutdown and planned maintenance activities
• Maintain safe and reliable equipment performance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience repairing industrial machinery and HVAC systems preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
