Join a dynamic office team as an Administrative Assistant! This role supports office personnel, handles front desk responsibilities, and assists with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk receptionist, greet visitors, and manage phone calls.
- Perform data entry, file maintenance, and clerical support, including purchase order entry, customer quotes, and basic recordkeeping.
- Assist with order entry, billing, and maintaining customer data to meet daily processing goals.
- Support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with job card updates, documentation tracking, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure a positive, professional atmosphere by engaging respectfully with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
- Contribute to a 24-hour process turnaround, solve minor issues, and seek assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow company safety protocols.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively under deadlines.
