Administrative Assistant
$20/hr DOE


Join a dynamic office team as an Administrative Assistant! This role supports office personnel, handles front desk responsibilities, and assists with various administrative tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the front desk receptionist, greet visitors, and manage phone calls.
  • Perform data entry, file maintenance, and clerical support, including purchase order entry, customer quotes, and basic recordkeeping.
  • Assist with order entry, billing, and maintaining customer data to meet daily processing goals.
  • Support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with job card updates, documentation tracking, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure a positive, professional atmosphere by engaging respectfully with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Contribute to a 24-hour process turnaround, solve minor issues, and seek assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow company safety protocols.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively under deadlines.
