Punch Press Operator 
Schedule: A Shift and B Shift available
A Shift: 7:00 am–3:30 pm
B Shift: 3:30 pm–12:00 am
Pay: $23–$30/hour

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Punch Press Operator to join a manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This role is responsible for producing quality parts according to customer specifications, work orders, and established quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone with punch press experience who takes pride in safe, accurate, and efficient production work.

What You’ll Do

• Operate punch press equipment to produce parts that meet quality and customer requirements
• Review work orders and monitor production output against assigned rates and goals
• Perform required inspections and complete production paperwork accurately
• Identify equipment, quality, workflow, or safety concerns and communicate them to management
• Report needed machine repairs or maintenance to keep equipment running properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all quality management system and safety requirements
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support production
