Filling Technician
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am-3:30 pm. Overtime on Fridays as needed.

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a dependable Filling Technician to join a production team in New Berlin, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team-focused manufacturing environment.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare materials and supplies for daily filling operations
• Operate filling equipment and assist with capping and labeling products
• Put finished product away accurately and safely
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Clean equipment and return it to the proper storage location
• Complete production paperwork and use production software as needed
• Support team goals by attending meetings, helping with process improvements, and assisting where needed
