We're looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join a growing energy efficiency program. This is a remote, full-time position.
This is a Long-Term contract position paying $25 per hour. You must have availability between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Bi-Lingual Spanish & English especially desired!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer emails, and assist customers with energy efficiency and clean energy programs.
- Use call center software and CRM systems to document customer information and provide accurate program details.
- Meet performance metrics, including call times, wait/answer times, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide top-notch customer service while following all procedures and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Required: Previous call center or customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with data entry, and the ability to multitask. Experience in the energy or utility sector is required!
- Preferred: CRM software experience, and bilingual (Spanish) skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
