- Lead investigation and resolution of recurring quality issues
- Initiate and verify corrective and preventive actions
- Enforce ISO 9001 / AS9100 and internal quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and customer returns
- Investigate and disposition customer returns
- Conduct quality audits as assigned
- Lead and schedule hourly inspection teams
- Support advanced inspection methods, including AOI
- Engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
- 5–10+ years Quality Engineering experience; lead/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools
- Ability to read and apply engineering drawings and specifications
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
