Sapphire Recruitment is seeking dependable and safety-minded Warehouse - Forklift Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, loading, palletizing, and operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Third shift position also requires loading the trailer.

• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area; adhere to all safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and forklift experience preferred.

• Must meet forklift operation requirements (training provided).

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
