- Prepare estimates from mechanical drawings & specifications
- Perform take-offs and develop detailed cost estimates
- Review vendor and subcontractor quotes and attend pre-bid walkthroughs
- Maintain estimating data and support project teams to stay on budget
- Build strong vendor and client relationships
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of estimating experience (HVAC/mechanical/plumbing)
- Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and construction documents
- Estimating software experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
