Customer Service Representative
Pay:
$19/hour, or $20/hour for bilingual Spanish candidates
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
 

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a growing team in East Syracuse. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced call center environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with product information, warranty questions, and service-related inquiries
  • Connect homeowners with dealers for service and sales support
  • Help dealers locate distributors for parts and technical support
  • Route calls to the appropriate department and provide accurate information
  • Triage customer concerns and escalate more complex issues as needed
  • Support customers with connected products, including Wi-Fi-enabled systems and thermostats
  • Document customer interactions, update account information, and follow internal procedures
  • Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service on every call

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Typing speed of 35-45 words per minute
  • Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
