Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to support customer service operations and business analysis initiatives. This role blends analytical responsibilities with customer-facing support, requiring strong problem-solving skills, data interpretation, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data using techniques such as statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to support operational improvements
• Respond to customer inquiries related to product registration, warranty claims, and coverage details
• Accurately document customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of cases
• Interpret data trends and provide insights to improve processes and customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify analytical needs and deliver solutions
• Assist in developing and maintaining systems for capturing operational data
• Support onboarding, training, and workflow coordination for team members
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance
• Meet performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation, including Standard Work Instructions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in customer service, data analysis, or related field
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus
