This isn't just a labor role; we need someone who can master inventory software and manage vendor relationships while keeping the warehouse floor running smoothly.

You won't be stuck doing one thing all day. You will blend hands-on logistics with essential back-office operations, including:
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels using computer-based inventory and vendor management systems.
Vendor Relations: Act as a point of contact for vendors and customers—professionalism is key.
Kitting & Precision: Assemble and pack specialized kits with high accuracy.
Logistics: Handle the full cycle of packing, shipping, and receiving.
Field Support: Occasionally visit customer sites and assist with local driving (valid license required).
Physical Operations: Operate a forklift (we will train you!) and handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong Computer Literacy: You are comfortable navigating software, spreadsheets, and vendor platforms.
Mathematical Aptitude: You have a sharp eye for numbers and inventory accuracy.
Communication Skills: You’re comfortable on the phone and represent the company well in person.
The Right Gear: You have (or can get) steel-toed shoes and a valid driver’s license.
Ambition: We are looking for someone with a leadership mindset; this role has a direct path toward a future Supervisory position.
Pay: $21/hour to start with growth potential
