Inventory and Forklift Specialist 

Location: Oriskany, NY
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

We are seeking an Inventory and Forklift Specialist to join a premier manufacturing team in Oriskany. In this role, you aren’t just moving pallets—you are the backbone of the shipping department, ensuring order pickers have exactly what they need to keep customers happy.

What You’ll Do

As a Finished Products Specialist, you will manage the flow of inventory from production to shipping.

  • Inventory Flow: Proactively restock picking areas to ensure shipping teams never slow down.

  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate Class 1 and Class 2 Industrial Forklifts to retrieve full pallets and store finished goods.

  • Digital Tracking: Use RF scanners to record every movement, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy.

  • Order Fulfillment: Assemble bulk sales orders and assist with pallet wrapping and loading.

  • Warehouse Oversight: Help with physical inventory counts, reconcile errors, and maintain a pristine, organized warehouse floor.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but a motivated "can-do" attitude is essential.

  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain Class 1 and/or Class 2 Industrial Forklift certification (training provided).

  • Skills: Basic math and computer proficiency; ability to read and write English for inventory documentation.

  • Physicality: Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliability: We pride ourselves on meeting production goals, so dependable attendance is critical.
