Customer Service Representative 

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temporary, fully on?site role supporting a manufacturing environment with global, business?to?business customers. This position will cover an employee leave of absence and is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt and communicate professionally with high?end customers.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Location: On?site
Pay: $20.00-$28.50, DOE

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, primarily via email
  • Support order processing, documentation, and customer communication
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Navigate manufacturing and export-related requirements
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with international B2B customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Familiarity with export compliance strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
