Facilities Maintenance Electrician – 1st Shift

Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician to support a manufacturing facility. This is a hands?on, journeyman?level role working independently on electrical and facility systems.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $38/hour
• 1st Shift | Full?Time

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced electrical installation, repair, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Maintain work orders and equipment records
• Coordinate with equipment vendors
• Recommend efficiency and safety improvements
• Train and support other team members as needed

What You Bring

• Strong experience with low & high voltage electrical systems
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in electrical and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Journeyman?level electrical training or equivalent
• Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy materials
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Requirements

• Associate Degree, Trade School, HVAC Certification, or Electrical Journeyman level
• 6–8+ years of relevant facilities or electrical maintenance experience
