Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a leading manufacturer of residential heating and cooling equipment. As the primary point of contact for homeowners and dealers, you will provide timely support, product guidance, and facilitate service connections to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

This is an ONSITE position!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism and care

  • Assist homeowners by connecting them with qualified dealers for service or product sales

  • Provide accurate warranty details, product comparisons, and general product support

  • Triage smart product concerns, including Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats

  • Refer dealers to distributors and help direct calls to the appropriate internal departments

  • Maintain detailed customer records and follow communication procedures

  • Meet performance goals related to call handling and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Typing speed of 35–45 WPM

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively
