Shipping Clerk / Stockroom Associate
$20.00-28.00/hr DOE | Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm

Consistent schedule. Great pay. No weekends.

Sapphire Recruitment is looking for a sharp, dependable Shipping Clerk to step in immediately and support a busy manufacturing team. This is a temporary role — approximately 6 weeks with the potential to extend — making it a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a well-run facility while earning a strong hourly rate.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the backbone of the warehouse operation — keeping parts moving, shipments verified, and production teams supplied. Day-to-day, that looks like:

• Receiving and inspecting deliveries, verifying part numbers, quantities, and PO numbers against packing slips
• Pulling parts from racks using an ERP system and delivering materials to production areas
• Identifying and documenting any damaged shipments and flagging the right teams
• Operating a forklift to move materials to work and rack locations
• Supporting FIFO processes and communicating potential stock-outs before they become problems
• Keeping the warehouse area clean and organized

What You Bring:

• Warehouse or stockroom experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (hand trucks, chain hoists, etc.)
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail — you catch what others miss
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
