Are you a data-driven project manager passionate about the future of clean energy? Join a leading public-sector organization dedicated to energy innovation and sustainability. We are seeking an Evaluation Project Manager to join the Market Characterization and Evaluation (MC&E) team. In this role, you will assess the effectiveness of large-scale clean energy portfolios, ensuring program strategies are optimized and energy impacts are verified.
You will lead complex evaluations across a diverse portfolio of innovation and market development programs. Your work will bridge the gap between data and action, providing leadership with the insights needed to transform energy markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple evaluation projects, ensuring they stay on budget and on schedule.
Impact & Market Analysis: Conduct evaluations to measure energy savings, market transformation, and the overall influence of clean energy initiatives.
Strategic Liaison: Partner with program staff to design logic models, identify key performance indicators, and provide real-time feedback for program improvements.
Data Management: Oversee qualitative and quantitative data collection, perform in-house analysis, and manage external consulting teams.
Experience: 3–6+ years in program evaluation, policy analysis, applied research (social/market), or technical fields (engineering/data science).
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Project Expertise: A proven track record of managing concurrent projects and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into persuasive, clear presentations and reports.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office 365. Experience with Tableau, Visio, Qualtrics, SAS, Python, and Salesforce.
