Investigative Administrative Coordinator

Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Location: East Syracuse, NY (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible shifts: 8-5, 8-4, or 9-5)

In this vital role, you will serve as the primary link between clients and field investigators, ensuring that assignments are executed seamlessly and reports are delivered with precision.

The Role

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of investigative assignments, from initial client intake to the final delivery of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assignment Management: Coordinate and launch investigative tasks, ensuring field staff are fully briefed and prepared.

  • Project Monitoring: Track the real-time progress of ongoing investigations to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Quality Reporting: Receive, edit, and prepare investigative reports and video evidence for client delivery.

  • Client Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling inquiries.

What You Bring

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills are essential for typing detailed reports and interacting with stakeholders.

  • Organizational Mastery: A proven ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Experience with video files or report formatting is a plus.

  • Requirements: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process.
