We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join an established manufacturing team. This role supports a dynamic production environment with responsibilities including in-process and final inspections, auditing, and ensuring product conformance to specifications.

Shift Available:

2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) with a 10% shift differential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify product conformance to specifications, drawings, and instructions.
• Ensure associated processing documentation is completed accurately.
• Enter quality data into the database and conduct scheduled/random process audits.
• Assist with non-conforming material documentation and communicate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve non-conformance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality role, preferably in electronics.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and database software).
• Knowledge of mechanical measuring tools, product drawings, and ISO 9001/AS9100 systems.
• Experience with procedural documents and strong attention to detail.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with complex electromechanical products is a plus.
• Certifications in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or J-STD-001 recommended.
• Familiarity with GD&T, AOI, and X-ray preferred.
• Ability to support overtime as needed.
