Controls Engineer (115–160K+)

Due to continued growth, we have multiple Controls Engineer openings available. These are 1st shift, direct hire opportunities offering highly competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Your Role:
Automation & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve automation issues in a production environment
• Modify and optimize PLC/HMI programs (Allen-Bradley / Siemens)

Projects & Continuous Improvement:

• Lead and support automation upgrades and system improvements
• Assist with startup and commissioning of new equipment

Data & Performance:

• Leverage system data (Historian / networks) to improve uptime and efficiency

Collaboration & Support:

• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
• Support advanced processing and packaging systems

Education and Experience:

• BS in Engineering or related degree preferred.  An AAS degree and years of experience considered as well)
• 5+ years Controls / Automation Engineering in manufacturing
• PLC programming (Rockwell - Allen Bradley required, Siemens a plus)
• Experience with processing and packaging systems including: tanks, centrifuges, pasteurization, filling equipment, water/wastewater desired
