Quality Manager (85-105K)

We are looking to hire a Quality Manager to work for a growing manufacturer in the CNY area.

Overview:

• Excellent Work / Life Balance (M-F 6:30AM – 3:00PM)
• Become a valued member of the leadership team, without the bureaucracy

• Oversee the plants Quality Operations and ensure protocol procedures are followed 
• Manage customer specific quality activities (PDQR, FAIR, CAR)
• Manage vendor specific quality activities (Certification Audits)
• Manage internal quality (CMM quality checks, SPC Charts, Gauge Calibration)
• Manage audits (AS9001, NadCap)

• AAS or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in a Senior Quality Engineer role or a Quality Leadership Capacity
• Machining and AS9100 knowledge a plus
