Machine Operator
$17–$20 per hour depending on shift and experience

Hours:

• 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift – Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM (training on 1st shift required before transition)

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Sidney, NY. This position involves operating and monitoring machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Set up machines according to specifications and feed materials as required
• Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect parts hourly for defects and record results
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication
• Identify and correct minor equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production activity
• Rotate between workstations and assist with cross-training as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and maintaining focus throughout shift
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, or lift for extended periods depending on work area
• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
