Warehouse Associate | $21/Hour | Hiring ASAP

Looking for a warehouse role with real variety — and room to grow? Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a sharp, dependable Warehouse Associate for a client who needs someone who can handle both the floor and the details.

This isn't your typical pick-and-pack position. You'll blend hands-on warehouse work with vendor management responsibilities, and there's genuine potential for advancement as the company continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble and pack kits for customers with accuracy and care
• Manage inventory using computer-based inventory and vendor systems
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Handle packing, shipping, and receiving of orders
• Occasionally visit customer sites — you'll represent the company, so a professional appearance matters
• Assist with local driving duties once hired on (valid license required)
• Operate a forklift (training available if needed)
• Lift up to 50 lbs; equipment is available for heavier loads
• Steel-toed shoes required

What You'll Bring

• Solid computer literacy — comfortable navigating inventory and vendor platforms
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Kitting or assembly experience a plus
• Good communication skills — comfortable on the phone with vendors and customers
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
