Finished Products Clerk | $18/Hour | Oriskany, NY

Sapphire Recruitment is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Finished Products Clerk to join a established manufacturing team in Oriskany — where your role directly supports the shipping floor from the moment product leaves production.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the key link between production and shipping, making sure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time. Day to day, you can expect to:

• Keep the finished goods picking area fully stocked and proactively replenish depleted locations before they become a problem
• Retrieve full pallets of inventory for shipping order pickers and group leaders as needed
• Assemble bulk sales orders and assist with pallet wrapping and loading
• Receive and put away finished goods from Production in a neat, organized manner
• Pull and deliver inventory to the Material Conversion and Special Packaging departments
• Maintain accurate inventory records using an RF scanner — every movement logged promptly and correctly
• Assist inventory control with physical counts and help reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain pick locations and skid sheet accuracy to support proper picker SOP guidance
• Help train new shipping personnel on SOP and inventory procedures
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervision right away
• Contribute to general warehouse housekeeping and follow all safety policies

What You'll Bring

• Forklift experience required
• Comfortable using RF scanners for inventory tracking
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-first attitude
• Dependable — predictable and reliable attendance is a must
• Ability to work cooperatively across departments in a fast-paced environment
